Winner Group, one of the UK’s leading plant and equipment hire specialists for the events industry, has strengthened its fleet of Kubota utility vehicles to meet increasing demand from the event hire sector.
The company has recently purchased another four Kubota RTV’s from its local dealer Rod Gaskin Ltd. The deal takes Winner Group’s total fleet of Kubota machines up to 45, and the business will be looking to expand this further over the next 12 months.

Lee continued: “The use of utility vehicles in the event industry is growing year on year, not just for outdoor sporting events, but for festivals and shows. All contractors and sub-contractors need transport to move people and materials around sites and these type of machines are perfect for that.
“To put it in perspective, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, approximately 80 utility vehicles were used both for the build process and for the duration of the show. For the Boomtown fair, this figure was more like 100 machines. Our Kubota fleet includes RTV500, RTVX900 and RTV1140 vehicles, but we also have a range of Kubota compact tractors and ride-on mowers for hire too that are very popular.
