Jonathan Rook has joined Kubota UK as its new agriculture dealer manager as the machinery manufacturer continues to invest significantly to increase its market share and further strengthen its dealer network in the agriculture sector.
Prior to joining Kubota UK, Jonathan spent years working in the dealer retail side of the industry, starting in his family business, where he developed extensive experience across the parts, service and sales operations. He then went on to forge a successful career at a Midlands-based dealer, where he gained significant expertise in high powered, high specification tractors.
The announcement of Jonathan’s appointment now means that Kubota UK’s agriculture division is eight strong. Headed up by Rob Edwards, Jonathan is responsible for the eastern territories, with Phill Brooks supporting dealers in the west and Kevin Pryce looking after Ireland and Scotland.
In addition, Rob Fox is the technical product manager and Shannon O’Connor is responsible for agriculture marketing, with John Weston and Steve Gooch running its demonstration machines across the UK.

He brings a wealth of experience from the dealer retail environment in this key area and I have no doubt that he will drive sales forward. Kubota’s investment into agriculture includes a state-of-the-art production facility in Northern France and the introduction of its most powerful tractor in its history, the M7001 Series. The M5001 Series has also been launched as well as a new range of Kubota branded implements to strengthen its machinery range.
