George Browns Ltd, one of the UK’s largest Kubota Agricultural and Groundcare dealer, has won the prestigious ‘Professional Turfcare Dealer of the Year’ award at this year’s Service Dealer Conference & Awards event, held at the stunning Oxford Belfry Hotel in Oxfordshire.
Now in its 14th year, the industry renowned awards evening celebrates the very best groundcare, agricultural and arboriculture dealerships in the country and the high-levels of customer service, sales and aftersales care they provide to their local community.
The judging panel, which consists of members of industry bodies including the British Agricultural & Garden Machinery Association (BAGMA), found that George Browns willingness to put the needs of its customers at the forefront of all business operations separated them from the competition.
The judges said: “George Browns has demonstrated long term consistency with regular improvements. They stock a great variety of products, message well through social media and have obtained some great customer feedback this year.”
George Browns Ltd is recognised throughout the industry for its first-class service offering and currently holds a Kubota Gold Service Excellence award at five of its six branches, further highlighting the levels of customer care the dealership strives to achieve.
