George Browns get the Gold for Kubota Dealer Service Excellence
Agricultural and Groundcare machinery dealer George Browns Ltd is delighted to be recognised in the Kubota Dealer Service Excellence Awards programme with a milestone five golds and one silver for its six branches across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Northamptonshire.
The awards, which are assessed and presented every two years by Kubota UK, are based on dealer equipment, facilities, commitment to training and, most importantly, customer service. The Kubota customer satisfaction survey is submitted to customers after every product sold and is used to rate the service department of every Kubota dealer.
Keith Miller, Service and Training Manager at Kubota UK, commented: “While Browns have always been recognised for their hardworking service department, this is the first time that they’ve achieved Gold standard and its a fantastic achievement.
“A third of the assessment for the Dealer Excellence Awards is based on the results of the Kubota customer satisfaction survey so it’s a major accomplishment and shows Browns’ commitment to their customers.”
The George Browns branches at Buckingham, Cheshire, Leighton Buzzard, Daventry and Haddenham received a Gold award and Dunmow was awarded a silver achievement.
Kevin McConnell, Service Manager at George Browns Ltd, commented: “This achievement really demonstrates to our customers how seriously we manage our after-sales service. It’s one of the most important aspects of our business and it enhances what Browns means to our clients.
“We’d like to thank Kubota for their support and all the staff at our depots for taking on the challenge, working hard to go the extra mile for customers and understanding the importance of the after sales service. Now that we’ve achieved gold level, we’ll be raising the bar and pushing for the next achievement!”Back to articles list
