The sensitive load-sensing hydraulics guarantee precise movements and efficient power transmission, while the robust undercarriage ensures stability and reliability. For particularly power-intensive applications, the KW115 is also available with an optional 80 kW (109 hp) engine, which provides additional power without compromising economy. 

The spacious cab with the innovative INTUSI operating concept, height-adjustable premium joysticks, and standard air conditioning offers maximum comfort and safety. This allows the operator to remain focused and productive even during long working days.

Comfort & operation

The spacious cab of the KW115 not only offers first-class comfort, but also maximum safety. Rear and side cameras are integrated as standard and provide a clear view of the entire working area for added safety in every application.

The innovative INTUSI operating concept with a 10" main display and 3.5" auxiliary display enables intuitive control of all machine functions. Air-suspended comfort seats with seat heating, optional premium seats with passive climate control and pneumatic lumbar support ensure relaxed working throughout the day. This is complemented by a powerful air conditioning system, clever storage compartments, and excellent all-round visibility thanks to the infinity windshield and large glazing.

Performance & hydraulics

The KW115 is powered by an efficient Kubota diesel engine that delivers 55 kW (75 hp) and is also available in an optional 80 kW (109 hp) version. The load-sensing hydraulics precisely adjust the power to the demand, thus reducing fuel consumption. With a flow rate of up to 194 l/min and a maximum working pressure of 350 bar, the hydraulic system provides the necessary power for demanding tasks. Various operating modes from Sensitive to ECO to Power Plus enable optimal adaptation to any work situation. Various attachments are available as options for a wide range of applications, including a hydraulic quick-change device and swivel units. The KW115's usability and maximum versatility are further enhanced by the optional preparation for the use of swivel rotators.

Safety & robustness

Safety is a top priority at Kubota. The KW115 has a ROPS-certified cab, and pipe breakage protection in combination with an overload warning device are also standard features of the machine.  

Optional load-holding valves on the tilt cylinder and robust piston rod protection on the dozer blade provide additional safety and reduce operating costs. LED work lights and camera systems guarantee optimum visibility day and night.

Maintenance & economy

Thanks to the optional fully automatic central lubrication system for the upper carriage and equipment, as well as central maintenance points that are easily accessible from the ground, the KW115 is particularly easy to maintain. ENGINE

  • The KW095 is powered by a powerful Kubota diesel engine that delivers 55 kW (75 hp). An 80 kW (109 hp) version is available as an option, providing additional power for particularly demanding applications.
Both engines are certified according to the strict EU Stage V emissions standard.
  • The KW115's engine meets the highest environmental standards thanks to a combination of exhaust gas recirculation, oxidation catalyst, and diesel particulate filter. The more powerful 80 kW version also features SCR exhaust aftertreatment. This technology significantly reduces emissions, making the KW115 an environmentally friendly and future-proof machine.
  • The sensor-controlled automatic idle and automatic engine shut-off help to reduce fuel consumption. In conjunction with the load-sensing hydraulics, the engine power is precisely adjusted to the demand for maximum efficiency in every task.

HYDRAULICS

  • The hydraulic system of the KW115 is designed for maximum accuracy. Load-sensing technology ensures that the hydraulic power is always adjusted to meet demand. This allows movements to be carried out with particular sensitivity ideal for precise leveling, controlled lifting, and working in sensitive areas.
 
  • The KW115 is designed for use with a wide range of attachments. Optional auxiliary circuits allow hydraulic tools such as swing rotators, grapples, or hydraulic hammers to be operated without any problems.
