Full Terms and Conditions:

  1. This promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary, however a valid Facebook or Twitter account and Internet access is required.
  3. Promotion Period:
    Entry Period: Enter between 00.01 BST on 3 May 2021 and 23.59 BST on 31 May 2021.
  4. To Enter:
    1. Entry Period
      1. Log on to your Facebook account (or create one for free), go to Kubota (UK) Limited’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/KubotaUK and upload a picture of your Kubota machine using the hashtag #MyKubota. Then, underneath the promotional post or on Kubota’s Facebook Wall, describe in no more than 420 characters why you love your Kubota.Facebook entries that do not contain the hashtag will not be valid.OR
      2. Log onto your Twitter account (or create one for free), follow @KubotaUK and tweet a picture of your Kubota machine using the hashtag #MyKubota. Then, describe, in no more than three tweets of 420 characters, why you love your Kubota.Twitter entries that do not contain the hashtag will not be valid.
  5. Further entry details:
    1. Entrants must only submit images of their own Kubota machinery, purchased, hired or leased through a Kubota dealership;
    2. Entrants must not upload images which have been previously published or won an award or prize via a promotion run by the Promoter or any other entity; and
    3. Entrants must only upload images that do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, patents, logos, licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other intellectual property rights.
  6. Maximum one entry per person via either Facebook or Twitter during the Promotion Period. Any further entries submitted by one person will not be accepted or judged and are ineligible to win.
  7. By submitting your information and creating a Twitter or Facebook account, you agree to the Twitter or Facebook terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Twitter or Facebook account, or participate in this competition.
  8. Those entering via Twitter, must continue to follow the Kubota (UK) Twitter page after the end of the Promotion Period in order to be contacted if selected as a winner.
  9. By entering the promotion, entrants give their permission for their photos/entries to be used by the Promoter without further compensation, over and above the award of the prize, for up to one year for promotional purposes. Copyright will remain with the entrant. However, by entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to the Promoter publishing these photos/entries on their website and possible further use on their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other social media platforms. They also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the Promoter’s choosing without any further payment, over and above the award of the prize, for up to one year but with appropriate credit given to the original entrant.
  10. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries.
  11. The Prizes:
    1. 8 runners up: 1x Kubota merchandise bundle.
    2. Grand Prize: One winner will win 1x £200 shopping vouchers.
  12. The prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no cash alternative.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the physical prizes from the date of winner confirmation.
  14. Winner Selection:
    1. Grand Prize and Runners Up Winners: All valid entries received (subject to moderation) will be judged by a panel of judges within 10 working days of the end of the Entry Period and in accordance with the following criteria:
      1. Quality of image;
      2. Creativity of image;
      3. How interesting their answer is and the passion for their trade and Kubota shown
    2. Runners up: Prizes will be awarded to the 8 people whose entries were shortlisted but were not named as the overall winner
  15. Moderation: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
    1. contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
    2. include trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder’s prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
    3. defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
    4. promotes any political agenda.
  16. Winner Communication:
    1. Grand Prize Winner and Runner Up Prize Winners: The 8 runners-up and overall grand prize winner will be contacted via a comment under their Facebook post or a direct message to their Twitter account (whichever social media entry method they used) within 10 days of the end of the Entry Period.
    2. All Winners: Responses to all winner notifications must be received within 7 days of the initial notification to accept the prize, otherwise the entrant shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another entrant selected in the same way.

  18. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete entries, entries submitted by or via third parties or syndicates, entries submitted by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
  19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Twitter, and that Facebook or Twitter has no liability for any element of this promotion.
  20. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  21. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
  22. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  23. The winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.
  24. If you are the winner of the promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, entry photo, town or county of residence to announce the winners of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
  25. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
  26. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  27. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  28. This promotion is governed by the English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
