Terms & Conditions for the M7003, 1,000-hour servicing offer
1. Participating Dealers
– The 1,000-hour inclusive servicing offer is available exclusively at participating
Kubota dealers. Only these authorised dealers are eligible to provide the
services under this offer.
2. Offer Period
– This offer is valid from the 12th of August 2024, until the 31st of December
2024.
3. Service Redemption Deadline
– All services under this offer must be completed by the 30th of June 2026.
4. Included Services
– The offer includes the 50-hour, 500-hour, and 1,000-hour scheduled services
as specified in the Kubota operator’s manual. These services must be carried
out according to the Kubota service schedule.
5. Which machines are included?
– The offer is applicable to all unsold, new and demonstration M7003 stock,
including Kubota demonstration machines, but will exclude any services
already completed. This allows you to offer the remaining available services
from this offer to a prospective customer who may be interested in an ex-demo
M7003.
6. Service Provider
– All services must be performed by an authorised Kubota dealer. Services must
adhere to the Kubota service schedule and be conducted according to the
descriptions provided in the operator’s manual, using approved components
and lubricants.
7. Service Documentation
– Each service must be recorded in the Kubota Service Calculator. Full
documentation is required to maintain the validity of the offer.
8. Exclusions
– The offer does not cover any travel time or mileage allowances incurred by the
dealer in providing the service. These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility
of the customer.
– This offer cannot be retrospectively applied to machines retailed before the
12th of August 2024.
9. Service Values
– The services will be reimbursed to the supplying dealer at the following
values, based on current parts costs and average labour rates.
1. 50-hour service – £557.73, (€661.14)
2. 500-hour service – £1730.33, (€2052.10)
3. 1000-hour service – £1118.36, (€1326.32)
– Any services taken in 2026 will be reimbursed with an additional 5% to
allow for inflationary cost increases
1. 500-hour service – £1816.85, (€2154.70)
2. 1000-hour service – £1174.28, (€1392.65)

On M4003, M5002 and M6001U series 0% finance repayment profile is the equivalent of 2 monthly rentals due in advance followed by 22 monthly rentals. Finance is available on up to 50% of the RRP. The finance product offered under this promotion is Hire Purchase. First payment, full VAT and a documentation fee of £100 are due on signing. An option-to-purchase fee of £100 (plus VAT) will be collected with the final payment. You will own the machine when all payments have been made. Alternative finance options are available.
