Just over three years
3) What are some of the key aspects / duties of your role?
– I Manage all PR and marketing aspects for the UK, including product launches.
– I sit on the European board for digital transformation projects amongst others.
– I develop marketing strategies and work with external agencies to design and deliver above the line and below the line campaign materials.
– I measure ROI on all marketing aspects to manage and control the department budget.
4) What does a typical working day look like for you?
– Organising aspects of product launches, dealer conferences and staff events, including liaising with venues, managing staffing, hosting all guests etc.
– Meeting with colleagues across Europe to discuss joint opportunities and how we can create efficiencies within the business.
– Creating corporate identity materials for our dealer network .
– Developing and approving campaign artwork for use across UK & Europe.
5) What’s the best thing about working at Kubota?
– Variety in the role – my role covers all marketing disciplines and that keeps me motivated as no two days are the same!
– The people – we have a nice camaraderie within the business that helps everyone to gel on different levels across all divisions.
