2) How long have you been with Kubota UK?
Nearly four years.
3) What are some of the key aspects / duties of your role?
- I am responsible for the content management of the Kubota website/social media channels and dealer marketing platforms.
- I support our construction dealer network with any marketing requirements they have, such as regional event promotion and development of adverts and other visual creative assets.
- I have the responsibility of managing any construction aftersales activity and material.
- I focus on the development of our digital marketing practises and processes through digital transformation projects.
4) What does a typical working day look like for you?
Creating and managing social media content for use across Kubota’s UK & Europe channels.
- Measuring and comparing our digital marketing performance (through insights and analytics for optimum return on investment).
- Assisting the dealers and Kubota UK with any adhoc requests. (events/imagery/adverts etc)
- Collaborating with other departments to create brand consistency across joint campaigns.
- Working with external partnership marketing teams on various projects and activities.
5) What’s the best thing about working at Kubota?
At Kubota, I have been exposed to a lot of different marketing areas, giving me the ability to learn and try new things every day!
Kubota has taught me some unique skills outside of marketing, such as the ability to drive excavators and even tractors!
Kubota also has a great sense of community; everyone is friendly and approachable.
