Full Terms and Conditions:

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
A Kubota service invoice is required alongside a valid Facebook account and internet access.
Promotion Period:
1. Entry Period: Enter between 00.01 BST on 01 October 2021 and 23.59 BST on 30 November 2021.
To Enter:
1. Log on to your Facebook account (or create one for free), go to Kubota (UK) Limited’s Facebook page www.com/KubotaUK and complete the Facebook entry form from the relevant Facebook competition post.
Maximum one entry per person via Facebook during the promotion period. Any further entries submitted by one person will not be accepted or judged and are ineligible to win.
By submitting your information and creating a Facebook account, you agree to the Facebook terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Facebook account or participate in this competition.
All entries must be received by the end of the promotion period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries.
The Prizes:
1. Grand prize (1st name drawn from prize draw) – Free Kubota service up to the value of £500 (voucher). Service must be carried out by a Kubota authorised dealer.
2. Runner up prizes (2nd place – Makita or Sealey promotional item and Kubota merchandise bundle | 3rd place – Kubota merchandise bundle)
The prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no cash alternative.
The winner of the top prize must present an invoice of past Kubota machinery service. The past service must have been completed by an authorised Kubota dealer in 2021.
The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the physical prizes from the date of winner confirmation.
Winner Selection:
1. Grand Prize and Runners Up Winners: All valid entries received (subject to moderation) will be entered into a prize draw and the winner/runners up will be selected at random.
Winner Communication:
1. Grand Prize Winner and Runner Up Prize Winners: The winner and runners up will be contacted via a direct message to their Facebook account within 10 days of the end of the Entry Period.
2. All Winners: Responses to all winner notifications must be received within 7 days of the initial notification to accept the prize, otherwise the entrant shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another entrant selected in the same way.
By entering the competition, all entrants consent to receive marketing material from Kubota moving forward. Entrants can unsubscribe from the mailing listing by contacting marketing@kubota.com.
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete entries, entries submitted by or via third parties or syndicates, entries submitted by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, and that Facebook or has no liability for any element of this promotion.
The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.
If you are the winner of the promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, town or county of residence to announce the winners of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The name and counties of the winners will be available by sending an email to kuk_g.marketing@kubota.com after 10th December 2021 and will be available for 4 weeks.
This promotion is governed by the English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
